Keeping an eye on a virtual server is generally a challenging duty. You either need to do the work all by yourself and devote a lot of your precious time to keeping an eye on your virtual server, or, alternatively, you need to find a third–party tool whose only mission will be to monitor your virtual server. And this is exactly where our Managed Services deal can help you out. With it, your VPS will be added to our custom–built monitoring system, which will keep an eye on all the critical tasks. And in the event of a service trouble, our skilled server administrators will be warned instantly and they will fix the problem ASAP.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a VPS Plan isn’t the easiest task in the world. You will either need to use some other server or your home computer, alternatively assign a 3rd–party software. Our company offers a far simpler way with our Managed Services package. We’ll make a complete backup of your virtual server every week, so you never need to fear permanently losing any essential data. Plus, we can restore a backup really fast. All backups we make are saved on a special server with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a VPS Plan, you will have total freedom to run any kind of script or service on your server. But, certain scripts are harder to run and might require some additional configuration from you. This is where our Managed Services solution will help you out. It includes half an hour of installation & trouble–shooting duties – in other words you can basically hire one of our professional server admins for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation process of any software package that you desire. Or have him rectify an issue that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans and is an extra feature for our KVM VPS Plans.
