E-mail Forwarding in Hosting
You'll be able to forward any e-mail address hosted on our servers to another one or more third-party addresses easily if you've got a hosting plan with us. The option can be enabled and deactivated from the Emails area of the Hepsia Control Panel whenever you want and you'll be able to view a directory of all email addresses where your messages is forwarded to. You'll have the choice to leave a copy of the inbound communications on the server and get a backup if you remove anything from the remote mailbox. This option can also be rather helpful if there is a temporary problem with the other mailbox. As long as it is enabled and we keep a copy of all emails being relayed through our servers, you will not risk losing emails.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you have a semi-dedicated server through us, it will take you only a couple of clicks in the Email Manager part of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel to forward any of the email addresses set up on our server to a third-party e-mail address. Inside the exact same section you will also be able to see how many of your mailboxes are forwarded and where the incoming emails are going. You can enable or deactivate a forwarding account at any moment and during the process you can also decide if a copy of the emails has to be maintained in our system or not. Even if this option isn't a necessity, it's practical because you will have a copy of the messages on our end just in case that something happens with the third-party email address. Even when they have simply a short-term problem, you run the risk of losing emails as when our system gets and forwards an e-mail, nothing will be kept on our end if you haven’t chosen a backup to be maintained.
